<span-family:"Courier New",serif">Office hours 0830-1500.  Officers will may not be available to process any formalities including vessel Entrance/Clearance outside these times.<span-family:"Courier New",serif">CBP/Immigration are boarding limited vessels for foreign flag/crew arrivalS.  US Flag vessels/US Crew coming coastwise are not restricted. <span-family:"Courier New",serif">Crew changes are permitted.  Some off signers may require a Parole Request with U.S. Customs as well as a security escort to the airline departure gate. <span-family:"Courier New",serif">Repatriation of off-signers are allowed with CBP approval via parole.  <span-family:"Courier New",serif">All Certificates, CBP Receipts, documents (I-418, I-1303, I-1304) Will be emailed to agent prior to arrival and all CBP formalities will be performed in their office only.
