CDC Update on International Travel<span-family:"Courier New"">

Effective January 26, the <span-family:"Courier New";color:#670AB7">Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)<span-family:"Courier New";color:#444444"> will require all air passengers entering the United States (including U.S. citizens and Legal Permanent Residents) to present a negative COVID-19 test, taken within three calendar days of departure or proof of recovery from the virus within the last 90 days​<span-family:"Courier New";color:#444444">. Airlines must confirm the negative test result or proof of recovery for all passengers two years of age and over prior to boarding. ​<span-family:"Courier New";color:#444444">Airlines must deny boarding of passengers who do not provide documentation of a negative test or recovery

<span-family:"Courier New"">SAN FRANCISCO / OAKLAND CBP has noted the following for non-passenger vessels:

Office hours 0830-1500.  Officers will may not be available to process any formalities including vessel Entrance/Clearance outside these times.<span-family:"Courier New"">CBP/Immigration are boarding limited vessels for foreign flag/crew arrivalS.  US Flag vessels/US Crew coming coastwise are not restricted. <span-family:"Courier New"">Crew changes are permitted.  Some off signers may require a Parole Request with U.S. Customs as well as a security escort to the airline departure gate. <span-family:"Courier New"">Repatriation of off-signers are allowed with CBP approval via parole.  <span-family:"Courier New"">All Certificates, CBP Receipts, documents (I-418, I-1303, I-1304) Will be emailed to agent prior to arrival and all CBP formalities will be performed in their office only.
