<span-family:"Courier New"">SAN FRANCISCO / OAKLAND CBP has noted the following for non-passenger vessels:
Office hours 0830-1530. Officers will not be available to process any formalities including vessel Entrance/Clearance outside these times.<span-family:"Courier New"">CBP/Immigration not boarding vessels for foreign flag/crew arrivals. US Flag vessels/US Crew coming coastwise are not restricted.
<span-family:"Courier New"">All crewmembers’ onboard foreign flag vessels arriving to at any Port or Terminal anywhere in the San Francisco Bay Area will be detained onboard.
On-signers are still permitted to board. <span-family:"Courier New"">Repatriation of off-signers are also allowed with CBP approval via parole.
<span-family:"Courier New"">All Certificates, CBP Receipts, documents (I-418, I-1303, I-1304) Will be emailed to agent prior to arrival and all CBP formalities will be
performed in their office only.
