Subject: California State Lands Commission's Ballast Water Management Reporting Requirements

Shipping Agents and Interested and Stakeholders,

The California State Lands Commission is taking a proactive role to the United States Coast Guard’s (USCG) recent changes to their ballast water management reporting. The Commission’s Marine Invasive Species Program developed this notice for agents and interested stakeholders to stay up to date on the California requirements during this evolving situation.  We will send updates as necessary and you may find more recent information posted on our website

Please contact my office if you require further assistance or have additional questions.

Thank you – Jackie
